Operating from our Western Australian and Queensland offices, the DSC provides clients with a Single Point of Contact for all their IT support requirements; allowing them to leverage Denver’s support personnel, infrastructure, processes, expertise and experience. Staffed by an experienced team of industry certified professionals, and backed by ITIL compliant/aligned methodologies, the DSC successfully diagnoses and resolves a high percentage of problems at First Point of Call. Registered DSC clients can easily lodge support requests with the Denver Service Centre via telephone, email, fax, or the Internet. The DSC processes allow for automatic tracking and reporting of incidents, problems, change management, release management, service level management, configuration management, availability management, knowledge management and management reporting. The DSC's Service Level Managers in WA and QLD are responsible for ensuring that all calls are processed in a timely manner and escalated as required. Where a request cannot be rectified by the DSC over the phone or via secure remote access/control, DSC consultants will travel to the client’s premises, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and problems.
