The Challenge

A more user centric asset management support model, combined with a loss of experienced technical team members prompted this university to identify the current state of its IBM Maximo version to ascertain improvement opportunities and optimisation for managing its facilities over its two campuses.

The Solution

After evaluating its options, Denver was chosen to undertake the QuickScan, due to our Flexible engagement model and experience conducting similar QuickScans. 
The QuickScan spanned the business and technical aspects of Maximo, as well as the environment the systems operated in. 


The Outcome

Through the use of QuickScan, the University was able to identify several opportunities and methods in which to improve the effectiveness of their use of IBM Maximo software. These opportunities existed in a wide variety of areas, including administration and workflow. 
As a result, the institution was able to remediate current issue and seize opportunities, allowing them to better manage both their business and technical processes.
